Taking Stock July 2020!
Buying: A portable white board, inspired by my friend Muthoni.
Plus my wall can’t take any more sticky notes and white papers… π
Craving: A road trip- Always!! π
Cooking: Ha!
Drinking: Kericho Gold’s Apple & Cinnamon Specialty Infusion Tea, while thinking about what a good Brand Ambassador I would make for them!
@Kericho Gold letβs make this happen already, shall we? π
Eating: More fruits thanks to my brother, who is a sweetheart BTW! π
Enjoying:Β The little joys of daily Yoga for the past 52 days and counting!
Feeling: Hopeful about the future. The way I see it, we can either choose to be hopeful or feel despairβ¦ And while itβs not easy, let’s choose hope. π
Learning: To listen to that still, small voice within, and to honor my preferences.
Listening: To poems by poets from around the world, old and new. Check out the Poetry Foundation if poems are your thing! π

Making: Small and deliberate steps towards achieving my goals and speaking life into them!
Cheers to staying focused on what’s within our spheres of controlβ¦ ay?
Missing: My niece and nephew to bits!
Oh, and bear hugs! π

Noticing: How listening to the Bible on YouVersion is such an enriching experience, especially before bed.
Have you seen their daily devotions? YouVersion Bible App started sharing the ‘Stories’ a while ago. You can find them on the Home Page, under ‘For You’.
You won’t regret checking it out!
Playing: With coloring books and allowing myself to experience creativity at its rawest and purest form, like kids do. π
Reading: The Success Principles by Jack Canfield.
Yes, I am still on this book, and if you havenβt read it please do!
Quick Tip:
My friend put me onto YouTube Book Summaries by the Productivity Game!
Itβs a great way to get the gist of a book before deciding whether you want to commit to reading it.
Thinking: About the situation going on around the world, and how we are at the brink of a revolution against Racism and police brutality.
We keep hope alive.
Wanting: To spread more joy, love and light!

Watching: The Amazing Race Season 31. It’s legendary!!
I do wish they had shown a more wholesome picture of Uganda, like they did with the other countries.
There’s definitely more to Uganda + our African continent, and it’s time the world took note!
Wishing: I could take off to explore a new destination right about now! π
Working: On being intentional and purposeful with the content you find here.
Thank you for reading my friends! I hope you enjoyed today’s Taking Stock post! π
I would love to hear back from you, with your inputs and feedback on the kind of Lifestyle Content you’d want to read more of!

July 9, 2020 at 2:05 pmYou have done a good job so far, keep reaching for the skies.
Exercise (yoga) & travel is a perfect couple. Food can be a good addition to it but as a subtopic under travel so that you remain cognisant with your core mission of travel and destination.
