African Female Travelers

Hello there my friends! In honour of the recent Women’s Month, we are celebrating 7 African Female travelers that should be on your watchlist!! I hope you are ready for a healthy dose of inspiration!

Read on…

As an African female traveler and blogger, I am deeply passionate about telling our African stories and shaping new perspectives about our continent. And if you are new here, welcome!

I applaud all you my OG readers, for consistently trusting Scrapbook Journeys as your plug for travel and wellness! 🙂

I do, however, happen to be in great company of some amazing African female travelers who are also doing a wonderful job of showcasing Africa to the world.

Women in Africa have taken up travel and adventure in a huge way! And when it comes to travel content creation, African female travelers are certainly making waves!

If you’ve ever gone on a group trip of any kind, (in Kenya at least), you will notice that there are usually more women than men… According to an article by Forbes, 80% of all travel decisions are made by women. And globally, about 64% of travelers are women, while men make up 36% of that number.

7 Outstanding African Female Travelers That You Need To Watch!

So, I am privileged to share this list with some of my favourite African Female Travelers who are taking up space in the travel industry!
